Reversal of TEE 1029, departure 7.45, arrival 13.40. Renumbered in TEE 74.
Summer 1971-Summer 1984
TEE 74 - le Capitole du matin/le Capitole
Successor of TEE 1030. Timings slightly modified in the course of time
until it finally became: departure 7.55, arrival 13.55.
From the summer of 1982 the suffix du matin was omitted (from
that time only one pair was running). Abandoned winter 1984/85.
TEE 75 - le Capitole du matin [Summer 1971-Winter 1981/82]
Successor of TEE 1029. Only this train got in winter 1975/76 an
additional stop in Châtearoux. Ultimate running time: departure 7.40,
arrival 13.50. Already stopped in the summer of 1982.
TEE 76 - le Capitole du soir [Summer 1971-Winter 1981/82]
Successor of TEE 1010. In the winter of 1981/82 the running time had
(through slight modifications) become: departure 17.45, arrival 23.50.
Terminated the next summer.
TEE 77 - le Capitole du soir/le Capitole
Successor of TEE 1009. Running through until the end with virtually
unchanged running time. The suffix du soir was omitted in the
summer of 1982.
TEE 10076
Relief train for TEE 76 running sundays from the summer of 1971 until the
summer of 1975; running 10 to 15 minutes before the main train.
TEE 10077
Relief train for TEE 77 running fridays 10 to 15 minutes before the main
service. From the winter of 1975/76 this relief only ran until Brive.
Termination of this relief is not clear but according to a time-table
the train was still running in the summer of 1981.
Note: actually on many occasions there were additional relief trains (up
to two), but those were run more on an ad-hoc basis.
