Summer 1965-Winter 1970/71

TEE 25 - Diamant

Train Dortmund-Belgium with stops: Dortmund-Bochum-Essen-Duisburg-Düsseldorf- Köln-Aachen-Liège-Brussel Noord/Brussel Noord-Antwerpen. Departure 16.35, arrival 21.30. In the winter 1965/66 stops in Herbesthal and Verviers were added. In the summer of 1966 the stop in Herbesthal was abandoned and the train rerouted to Bruxelles Midi through: Liège-Brussel Noord-Bruxelles Midi, arrival about 20.40. In the winter of 1968/69 the route was shortened to Köln (departure 18.10, arrival 20.35) and in summer 1970 lengthened from Hannover: Hannover-Bielefeld-Dortmund-Hagen-Wuppertal=Elberfeld-Köln, departure about 15.25. Also Schaarbeek was added. Renumbered in TEE 42.

TEE 26 - Diamant

Reversal of TEE 25 but this direction had the stops in Vervier and Herbesthal already from the start. Departure 7.25, arrival 12.10. Also in 1966 stop in Herbesthal abandoned and train rerouted to Bruxelles Midi with a departure of 8.00 and an arrival of 11.48. Also shortened in winter 1968/69 to Köln (arrival 10.25) and lengthened to Hannover in summer 1970 (arrival 13.25), but this direction there was no stop in Dortmund and the stop in Schaarbeek was not added. Renumbered in TEE 43.

Summer 1971-Winter 1975/76

TEE 42 - Diamant

Successor of TEE 25. Delayed to a departure of 16.10 and an arrival of 21.45 in the winter of 1971/72 when the stop in Schaarbeek was abandoned. In the summer of 1973 the route was shortened again to Köln (departure 19.40, arrival 22.05), in the summer of 1974 the stop in Schaarbeek was added again. In the summer of 1975 the train was put earlier (departure 19.30, arrival 21.45) and the stop in Schaarbeek abandoned again. Route abandoned in the summer of 1976.

TEE 43 - Diamant

Renumbering of TEE 26. From the winter of 1971/72 the train was routed through Dortmund too with an arrival in Hannover of about 13.55. In the summer of 1973 the train was put earlier and shortened to Köln (departure 8.15, arrival 10.40). This direction never had the stop in Schaarbeek. Also stopped in summer 1976.
