TEE 24 - Goethe
Train Frankfurt-Mainz-Koblenz-Bonn-Köln-Düsseldorf-Duisburg-Essen-Bochum-
Dortmund, departure 17.05, arrival 20.25. This train did not run on
saturdays, and from summer 1980 only on mondays to fridays. In summer 1982
put earlier (departure 16.35, arrival 20.00) and in winter 1982/83
shortened to Düsseldorf (arrival 19.10).
TEE 25 - Goethe
Reversal of TEE 24, departure 5.35, arrival 8.55. Not running on sundays
and fridays lengthened through Frankfurt-Würzburg-Nürnberg (arrival 11.19).
Since the summer of 1980 the train ran only on mondays to fridays and the
lengthened route to Nürnberg was abandoned. In winter 1982/83 also
shortened to Düsseldorf (departure 6.25).
TEE 28 - Heinrich Heine
Train Frankfurt-Mainz-Koblenz-Bonn-Köln-Düsseldorf-Duisburg-Essen-Bochum-
Dortmund, departure 6.55 (since summer 1980 7.05), arrival 10.20. Only
mondays to fridays, in winter 1982/83 only on mondays. Not running during
the high summer season from the summer of 1980.
TEE 29 - Heinrich Heine
Reversal of TEE 28, departure 19.25, arrival 22.45; since winter 1979/80
departure 16.35, arrival 19.50. Also only mondays to fridays, in winter
1982/83 fridays only. Since summer 1980 not in the high summer season.
