Train from Milano to München, departure about 6.00, arrival about 13.35. Stops: Milano-Verona/Verona-Trento-Bolzano-Brennero-Innsbruck-Kufstein- München. The starting date for this train was 15 October, about 2 weeks late. In part of the summer of 1958 an additional stop in Rovereto was added. The number 393 was used on the route Milano-Verona, 394 in the remainder of Italy, TS 76 in Austria (non-TEE) and 76 in Germany. Renumbered in TEE 393/394/74.

TEE 393(MV)/394/74 - Mediolanum [Summer 1959-Winter 1966/67]

Successor of TEE 393/394/TS 76/TEE 76. In parts of the summers 1959 to 1966 there was an additional stop in Rovereto. The number 393 (from summer 1962 until winter 1964/65 this was MV) was used on Milano-Verona, 394 in the remainder of Italy and 74 in Austria (now also TEE) and Germany. Renumbered in TEE 18.

TEE 75/TS 75/TEE 395/396(VM) - Mediolanum

Reversal of the previous two; departure München about 15.45, arrival Milano about 23.05. During part of the summers the stop in Rovereto was also added in this direction. The number 75 was used in Germany and from the summer of 1959 also in Austria (before that time it was TS 75 as non-TEE), 395 on Brennero-Verona and 396 (VM from summer 1960 until winter 1964/65) on Verona-Milano. Renumbered in TEE 17.

Summer 1967-Winter 1970/71

TEE 17 - Mediolanum

Successor of TEE 75/395/396. The stop in Rovereto was present part of the summers of 1967 and 1968. During the summers (daylight saving time in Italy, not in Austria and Germany) departure was at the same time and arrival one hour later. Renumbered in TEE 85/86.

TEE 18 - Mediolanum

Renumbering of TEE 393/394/74. Also here part of the summers of 1967 and 1968 a stop in Rovereto. During the summers (DST in Italy) departure was one hour later with the same arrival time. Renumbered in TEE 83/84.

Summer 1971-Winter 1983/84

TEE 83(81)/84 - Mediolanum

Renumbering of TEE 18. Departure about 7.15, later 7.00 moving to 6.50, arrival about 13.55 moving to 14.05 and back to 13.55. The stop in Rovereto was present in the summers of 1972-1975 and 1978 and from the summer of 1979 onwards. In the winter of 1979/80 a stop was added in Brescia. The number 83 (81 in the summer of 1979 and the winter of 1979/80) was used on the route Milano-Verona, 84 on the remainder. During the summers until the summer of 1979 (DST in Italy) departure was one hour later. Abandoned in the summer of 1984.

TEE 85/86(88) - Mediolanum

Successor of TEE 17. Departure about 15.45, moving to 15.40; arrival about 22.25 moving to 22.50. Also here a stop in Rovereto in the summers of 1972-1975 and 1978 and from 1979 onwards and in 1979/80 a new stop in Brescia. The number 86 (in 1979/1980 88) was used on Verona-Milano, 85 on the remainder. Also during the summers until (and including) 1979 arrival was one hour later. Abandoned summer 1984.
